At Redfin, RSUs are subject to a 4-year vesting schedule: 40% vests at the end of the 1st year (cliff), 30% in the 2nd year (7.5% every 3 months), 20% in the 3rd year (5% every 3 months), 10% in the 4th year (2.5% every 3 months).
