At Spotify, ESO + RSUs are subject to a 3-year vesting schedule: 33% vests in each year (8.25% every 3 months). Alternatively, Spotify also has the following 4-year vesting schedule: 25% vests in each year (2.08% every month).
The pick and mix incentive program allows employees to choose both Stock options (ATM or OTM ESOs) and RSUs.
