At Zoox, ZARs/Amazon RSUs are subject to a 6-year vesting schedule: 0% vests at the end of the 1st year (cliff), 10% at the end of the 2nd year (cliff), 15% at the end of the 3rd year (cliff), then 25% at the end of each of the 4th, 5th and 6th years (cliff). Alternatively, Zoox also has the following 3-year vesting schedule: 20% vests at the end of the 1st year (cliff), then 40% at the end of each of the 2nd and 3rd years (cliff).

Since Amazon has acquired Zoox the equity compensation consists of two parts: Amazon RSUs vesting over 3 years and Zoox ZARs vesting over 5 years with 2 years cliff.
