  • Accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

    Two times your annual base salary up to a maximum of $750,000; you may purchase additional coverage.
  • Dental Insurance

    PPO and Premier networks; you will be issued a Delta Dental ID card.
  • Disability Insurance

    Short-term disability: salary continuation payments based upon your pre-disability earnings, up to a maximum of 26 weeks. Long-term disability: The plan pays up to 60 percent of your pre-disability annual earnings ($25,000 maximum monthly benefit).

    For Platinum and Gold plan members, the firm will make a base contribution to your HSA. Platinum: $250 for an individual, $500 for a family; Gold: $150 for an individual, $300 for a family.

    Basic life insurance coverage equal to your annual base salary up to a maximum of $1 million; you may purchase additional coverage.
  • Maternity Leave

    6 weeks. You may take the 6 weeks of leave consecutively or intermittently within 12 months of the birth or the adoption of the child.
  • PTO (Vacation / Personal Days)

    15 days. Increases with the years of service and position level.
  • Paternity Leave

    6 weeks. You may take the 6 weeks of leave consecutively or intermittently within 12 months of the birth or the adoption of the child.
  • Pet Insurance

    You pay 100 percent of the cost.
  • Vision Insurance

    This insurance is voluntary and you pay 100 percent of the cost if you elect coverage.

    100% match on the first 6% of base salary. The annual matching contributions are immediately vested and you must be an active employee on the last day of the plan year, December 31.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

    Allows contributions up to 15% of base salary. 5% discount on purchase price of stock. Stock purchase at the end of each quarterly offering period.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

    The maximum annual contribution for the Healthcare FSA is $2,700 and the maximum annual contribution for the Dependent Care FSA is $5,000.
